It is hard to believe it’s already mid-August. I hope you are having a good summer. Many of you are getting ready for school to start. Between now and the next legislative session, which commences in February 2025, I am planning to send out my newsletter on a monthly basis. I hope you find it informative and please send along any suggestions.
With August coming to an end the Assembly Republican Caucus (ARC) is gearing up for the 2024 election cycle. I, along with Assemblyman O’Neill and our ARC Chief of Staff attended the Republican State Leadership Committee Conference in Colorado Springs, Colorado. At the event we met with legislative leaders from other states, as well as donors who were in attendance, where we rolled out the ARC 2024 campaign strategy. The reception was very positive and there is a lot of support for what the ARC is doing.
I am also gearing up my campaign for re-election to the Assembly. I will be continuing to reach out to those in the district. In September I am planning to restart my Saturday coffees throughout the district. Look for an email blast. I am also beginning fundraising to support the campaign and would appreciate any support. Please spread the word about my re-election campaign.
I want to thank everyone for your thoughts and comments on the newsletters during the session. They were very helpful and kept me going.
